Abstract I have worked in ESOL for the best part of 15 years now west Scotland a number educational contexts engaging learners with needs from variety backgrounds. often thought working as akin to completing 1000-piece jigsaw; having work an infinite variables, fitting together all parts, coping continuous stream missing pieces, and needing emotional strength withstand occasional knocks table.
